By default, these reminders are turned off, giving you the freedom to choose exactly how you want to be notified.

Never Miss a Beat: Our Reminders

• Before Your Parking Ends: Get a friendly nudge while your session is still active.

  • On Android: Customise your alert from 5 to 60 minutes before expiry.

  • On iOS: Choose an alert between 5 and 30 minutes before expiry.

• When Your Parking Ends: Receive a quick confirmation the moment your scheduled session has finished.

• The Smart Stop Reminder: This is a real game-changer! Using your GPS location, the app can detect when you’ve started driving away. If your parking session is still running, we’ll send you a 'Push-reminder to stop' so you only ever pay for the time you actually use.
