• Use the International Format: Start with a + followed by your country code (for Switzerland, that’s +41).

• Drop the Zero: Remember to remove the first '0' of your mobile number.

  • Example: Instead of 071 234 56 78, you would enter +41712345678.

Account Temporarily Closed?

If you see a message saying your account is temporarily suspended, don't worry—we’re here to help you get moving again. You have two easy ways to handle this:

1. Start Fresh: You can quickly create a new account to ensure you can park right away.
