How do I park with SMS?

To start a parking, send a SMS to number 4400 with the EasyPark area code you can find on the P&D, a dot and followed by your license plate.

Here is an example with area code 9999 and car plate ABC123: 9999.ABC123

You'll receive a confirmation by SMS the parking is started."

How to stop my parking with SMS?

Send STOP by SMS to 4400. You'll receive a confirmation by SMS.

If Swisscom or Sunrise is your phone operator, you can also download the app EasyPark and handle your parking from it, to stop or prolong the parking.

How to start / stop my parking with the App?

When you have selected the area you want to park in, you can press the 'P' button in the lower middle to enter the parking screen. Make sure you have selected the correct license plate.

Spin the wheel to select the time you think you need for your parking. Then press the 'START parking' button to start. If you haven't chosen you license plate, it will ask you to confirm it.

For extending a parking, just spin the wheel again to add or remove time. Press 'CONFIRM new time' to confirm.

To stop a parking, press 'STOP parking'
