What does it cost?
Creating a personal account with EasyPark is free. However, when you use our service to pay for parking or charging, we add a service fee on top of the costs paid to the operator that owns or manages the parking space or charging point. This service fee allows us to provide you with a seamless parking and charging service, including the flexibility to start, stop, or extend your parking and see charging points directly in the app – both in Australia and over 20 other countries.
Pay per use: EasyPark Casual
Up to 11.5% of the total cost
With EasyPark in Australia, a parking session includes a service fee of up to 11.5% of the parking cost. The service fee for EV charging is a flat $0.50. EasyPark may charge a service fee on top of the parking or an EV charging cost when applicable. When you set your end time in the app, we’ll show you the exact service fee before you start*.
For frequent users: EasyPark Go
3.99 AUD/month
With the EasyPark Go subscription, you pay a fixed amount per month instead of a service fee on top of the parking and charging session. The service is exactly the same as when you pay per use, but for 3.99 AUD/month, you get an unlimited number of parking and charging sessions with no service fee. Parking and charging costs are paid separately based on your usage.

This is what you get
Registering with EasyPark allows you full access to all app features. You can quickly start, stop, and extend parking on-street, charge your electric vehicle, use Express pay, connect with in-car systems, and access customer support whenever you need. Plus, you’ll have international coverage, and in many major cities, you can use our FIND feature to see where you’re most likely to find an available parking spot.
If you’re parking for business, we’ve got you covered there too. We offer a range of business subscription packages for a monthly fee, so you’ll pay reduced service fees on all parking sessions.
Paying for EV charging and express pay
Electric vehicle charging: The app displays the cost per kilowatt-hour before you start charging. Once your session is complete, the total cost – including the EasyPark service fee according to your pricing plan – will be shown, reflecting the electricity you’ve consumed. Express pay: Once you've activated and used express pay, the EasyPark app will display the total cost, including the EasyPark service fee based on your pricing plan, after your parking session ends. EasyPark doesn’t issue infringements
EasyPark does not issue or are able to remove parking infringement notices. If you wish to appeal your infringement notice, instructions can usually be found at the bottom or back of the infringement notice. For additional support, visit our help section to learn about common reasons for parking infringement notices and tips to avoid them.
