Paying for parking just got easier. With our Virtual Pay Station, you can pay straight from your phone’s browser. Simply hold your unlocked phone against the unit, enter a few details and pay securely.
It’s easy to get started
Hold
Unlock your phone and hold it against the Virtual Pay Station for a few seconds. Make sure NFC is enabled on your device.
Enter
A secure payment page will open in your browser. Enter your email address, vehicle registration, parking area code and how long you want to park.
Pay
Check your details and pay by credit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Park
You’re all set! You’ll see a confirmation on your screen, and your parking session will start automatically.
How does it actually work?
Let's dive into NFC
Virtual Pay Station uses NFC (Near Field Communication), the same technology used for contactless payments. Hold your unlocked phone against the unit, and it will open a secure payment page in your browser. From there, simply enter your details and pay.
Nothing happening? Check that your phone is unlocked and NFC is enabled, then hold it steadily against the unit for a few seconds. Still having trouble? Our Customer Care team is here to help.

Enter your details each time
Your vehicle and payment details aren’t saved between sessions, so you’ll need to enter them each time you park.
Need more time?
You can’t extend your session. If local parking rules allow, you can start a new session instead.
Keep your phone unlocked
Make sure your screen is unlocked while holding your phone against the unit.

If you park regularly, the EasyPark app makes things even easier. Your details are saved, and you can start, extend and stop your parking session straight from your phone. You only pay for the time you park.
