General information about receipts

Your receipt will be sent parallel to the payment and will contain all accumulated parkings.

Private customers who pay by credit card or PayPal will be charged the next day after parking. SEPA-payments and business customers will be charged monthly at the beginning of the following month.


I have not received my receipt

Make sure your email-address is up to date by going in the app under 'Settings', or check your profile by logging in to the website.

If you are a private customer you can request the receipt via our app or download it online from your history.

If you are a corporate customer, you can download the receipt/invoice online in the menu "payment history" on our website.


I want to change contact details on my receipt

You can change your name and address in the app or as a business customer by logging into the website. If you want to change other details, please contact us.
