- I did not receive the invoice - Private user
If you did not receive the invoice at the beginning of the month, please take the following steps:
Check your parking history and count whether you have parked for less then the minimum invoice amount in the previous month.
Verify your registered email address if you receive PDF invoices via email.You can also access a copy of a missing invoice in the self-service portal under "Payment history" in the bar on the left.
Please note that if you haven’t received your invoice yet, it might be because it hasn’t been created yet or it doesn't meet the invoicing minimum amount.
