- How to update or change my method of payment
As a private customer, here's how you can update your payment method in our app or via our website.
Updating via the EasyPark App
Open the EasyPark app
Tap the Menu: In the top corner of the app, you'll see three horizontal bars. Tap this menu icon.
Tap Payment: From the menu options, tap on Payment.
Tap Add/Change payment method: You'll see an option to manage your payment methods. Tap on Add/Change payment method.
Choose your new payment method: Select the payment option you'd like to use going forward.
Follow the on-screen instructions: The app will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the change.
Updating via the Website
Go to the EasyPark website: Open your web browser and go to EasyPark.com.
Log in to your account: Click on the "Log in" button usually found in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address or phone number and your password.
Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings: Once logged in, look for an icon that represents your profile (often a person icon) or text like "Profile", "My Account", or "Account Settings". Click on this.
Find the Payment Methods section: Within your profile or account settings, look for a section labeled "Payment methods", "Payment details", or similar. Click on this section.
Add, Change, or Remove Payment Methods: Here, you should see options to add a new payment method, edit an existing one, or remove one you no longer need. Follow the on-screen prompts to make your desired changes.
What happens to my previous payment method?
When you add a new payment method, you don't need to worry about removing the old one. Our system automatically removes the old payment details for you.
Beware of phishing
Always make sure you're using the official EasyPark app or website when entering personal or payment information. EasyPark will never ask you to share sensitive details via email, text message, or over the phone.
