What to do if parking was started in the wrong area

If you accidentally started your parking in the app with the wrong area code, it can lead to some tricky situations.

We want to remind you to always double-check the signs in the parking area. Make sure the area code you pick in the app matches exactly where you've parked your car.

Kindly note that once a parking session has concluded, the area code cannot be modified. Consequently, we are unable to alter the parking fee.
