How do I log in as an admin to the business account in the self-service portal?

Login as administrator

Step 1: Find Your Username

• To log in as an admin, you’ll need the username for your business account.

• You can find this in the welcome email sent by EasyPark after registration.

Step 2: Log In

1. Go to the EasyPark login page.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. If your username is not a phone number, click on “Username” under “Log in with:” to switch the login mode.

• If you don’t remember your password, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “Forgot your password?” below the password field.

  2. Enter your username and choose to receive a reset link via email or SMS.
