Why Can’t I Connect?

  • A temporary issue with the EasyPark server

How to Fix the Issue?

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

  • Try opening another website or app to verify your connection.

  • If the signal is weak, switch to another network or restart your router.

2. Restart Your Phone

  • Turn off your phone for 30 seconds and then turn it back on.

3. Update the App and Operating System

  • Open the App Store or Google Play and check if you have the latest version of the EasyPark app.

  • Check for updates to your phone’s operating system and install them if available.

4. Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall the EasyPark app.

  • Restart your phone.

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.

5. Wait and Try Again

  • If the issue is due to a temporary server outage, try connecting again after a few minutes.
