A connection issue with the server can be caused by several factors:
Weak or unstable internet connection
An outdated version of the app or operating system
A temporary issue with the EasyPark server
How to Fix the Issue?
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Try opening another website or app to verify your connection.
If the signal is weak, switch to another network or restart your router.
2. Restart Your Phone
Turn off your phone for 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
3. Update the App and Operating System
Open the App Store or Google Play and check if you have the latest version of the EasyPark app.
Check for updates to your phone’s operating system and install them if available.
4. Reinstall the App
Uninstall the EasyPark app.
Restart your phone.
Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.
5. Wait and Try Again
If the issue is due to a temporary server outage, try connecting again after a few minutes.
