Where can I get payment receipts?

You can download or request your payment receipts via email in the following ways:

  • In the EasyPark app

    1. Go to My Parking > History.

    2. Select the parking session for which you need a receipt.

    3. You will have the option to send the receipt to your email.

  • Via the EasyPark website

    1. Go to the EasyPark website and log in to your account.

    2. Once logged in, go to My Parking History in your account overview.

    3. Find your current parking session and click on it.

    4. You can download or email the receipt directly from the website. Automatic email delivery of tax receipts

  • If you want to receive tax receipts automatically via email, follow these steps:

    1. Open the EasyPark app.

    2. Go to Menu > Account > Notifications.

    3. Enable the option to receive receipts automatically via email.

What to do if a receipt is not delivered?

If you haven't received your receipt, check that your email address is correctly registered in the EasyPark app or on the website. We also recommend checking your junk mail (spam) folder, as the receipt email may have been moved there by mistake.

Receipts are available the day after your parking session ends and include all parking sessions completed on that day.
