I got a text message saying you haven't received payment. What should I do?

The most common reason for a failed payment is a rejection by the bank.

How to resolve the issue:

  • Check your card settings – Make sure your card is enabled for online transactions. If you are unsure how to activate online transactions, please contact your bank for assistance.

  • Update your payment method – Log in to your EasyPark user account in the app and update your card details. This will trigger a new attempt to charge the outstanding amount and settle the balance.

  • Wait for reactivation – If the payment is successful, your user account will be automatically reactivated.
