- What should I do if I have a new payment card?
If you have a new payment card, follow these steps to update your payment method in the EasyPark app:
Open the EasyPark app.
Go to Menu > Payment.
Select your current payment card.
Tap Change Payment Method and enter the details of your new card.
Once you add a new payment method, it will automatically replace the previous one, as private accounts can only have one active payment method at a time.
