I have been charged even though I have a PAAS card - what should I do?

If you were charged for parking even though you have a PAAS card, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Possible Causes:

Incorrectly entered vehicle registration number (EČV)

  • Check that you have entered the same EČV in the EasyPark app as the one registered to your PAAS card.

PAAS card is not yet activated or is invalid

  • Your PAAS parking card must be valid and active for parking permissions to be applied automatically.

Insufficient credit or card validity restrictions

  • Some PAAS cards (e.g., subscription cards) may have a limited validity period or require sufficient credit on the account.

How to resolve the issue?

1. Verify permissions in the EasyPark app

  • Go to Menu > My Parking > Permissions.

  • Check if your PAAS card is visible, valid, and has available credit.

2. Check your registration in the PAAS system

  • Log in to your PAAS account at paas.sk and verify the status of your parking card.

3. Contact PAAS customer support

  • If your PAAS card is active but not recognized by the system, contact PAAS customer support at paas.sk/contact.

Important Notice:

  • If the charge was incorrectly applied, contact EasyPark customer support for further assistance.

  • Ensure you are using the same email and EČV as registered with your PAAS card, otherwise, permissions may not sync correctly.
