Check internet access on your phone.
Double-check that the EasyPark app has access to mobile data in your phone's settings.
If the issues persist, we recommend the following steps:
Reinstall the app.
Update to the latest version of both the app and your phone’s operating system.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for making the appropriate payment to the parking operator by any other means, in accordance with the instructions of the parking operator (e.g., payment via the appropriate parking meter). If, in such a case, the customer does not make the payment by any other means, they risk being issued a parking fine or being required to pay a fee or charge for improper parking.
