You can start a test parking session in a free test area - the area code for test area is 9999
If the problem persists:
Do a clean install of the app.
Update to the latest version of both the app and your phone’s operating system.
It might be a temporary server error, so try again shortly.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for making the appropriate payment to the parking operator by any other means, in accordance with the instructions of the parking operator (e.g., payment via the appropriate parking meter). If, in such a case, the customer does not make the payment by any other means, they risk being issued a parking fine or being required to pay a fee or charge for improper parking.
