I can’t extend my parking session

If you’re unable to extend your parking session, please consider the following:

  • You can only extend a parking session that is currently in progress. If your session has already ended, please initiate a new one through the app.

  • Some parking zones have a limit on the total parking duration, which you might have exceeded. Keep in mind that parking regulations and maximum time allowances are determined by the parking operator.

Note: If you try to extend parking in a zone with a time limit, the app will automatically adjust the extension to stay within that limit. You can view the details of your ongoing parking session on the screen.
