Error code -1

Error code -1 may appear for several reasons, usually related to the app version or your phone's operating system.

How to Fix the Error?

1. Update the App and Operating System

• Open the App Store or Google Play and check if the EasyPark app is up to date.

• Ensure your phone is running the latest version of its operating system.

2. Restart Your Device

• Turn your phone off and on again, then try launching the app.

3. Reinstall the App

• Uninstall the EasyPark app.

• Restart your phone.

• Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for making the appropriate payment to the parking operator by any other means, in accordance with the instructions of the parking operator (e.g., payment via the appropriate parking meter). If, in such a case, the customer does not make the payment by any other means, they risk being issued a parking fine or being required to pay a fee or charge for improper parking.
