Why do I see a yellow or red message over my payment information?
The message serves as a reminder to update your payment method if your card is nearing expiration or has already expired.
What happens to the old payment method if I add a new payment method?
When you add a new card, the old card will be removed automatically.
How to change your payment method:
To change your payment method, follow the steps:
In the App:
Open the app.
Go to More → Payment.
Choose your card and press Change payment method.
In My Pages (Website):
Log in to My Pages by selecting Sign in.
Under Profile, select Payment details.
Here, you can change or add payment details.
