Changing your payment method

Why do I see a yellow or red message over my payment information?

The message serves as a reminder to update your payment method if your card is nearing expiration or has already expired.

What happens to the old payment method if I add a new payment method?

When you add a new card, the old card will be removed automatically.

How to change your payment method:

To change your payment method, follow the steps:

In the App:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to More → Payment.

  3. Choose your card and press Change payment method.

In My Pages (Website):

  1. Log in to My Pages by selecting Sign in.

  2. Under Profile, select Payment details.

  3. Here, you can change or add payment details.
