Easypark does not issue parking fines.
There are several reasons why you might receive a parking ticket. Before contacting the parking operator, check the following:
Correct Registration Number:
Make sure you have entered the correct registration number in the app. You can verify this on the parking screen before starting your session.
Correct Zone Number:
Always double-check the zone number or area where you're parking. Ensure the zone number provided by the app matches the one displayed on the signs at your location.
Parking Session Duration:
It is possible that your parking session has ended, and you forgot to extend the time.
By reviewing these points, you can ensure that these factors are not the cause of your parking ticket before contacting the parking operator.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for making the appropriate payment to the parking operator by any other means, in accordance with the instructions of the parking operator (e.g., payment via the appropriate parking meter). If, in such a case, the customer does not make the payment by any other means, they risk being issued a parking fine or being required to pay a fee or charge for improper parking.
