"Express pay"

Never so easy!

The system automatically recognize your vehicle at the entrance and exit, and the "express pay" function automatically starts and ends your parking fee and makes a payment. The EasyPark app automatically does everything for you!

Activate the "express pay" feature for worry-free parking. On the App map, parking spaces with the "express pay" feature will be displayed with a camera icon.

EASYTIP: Remember to remove the vehicle license plates from the App that you no longer use (sold vehicles, rent a car ...). If you have added a license plate to the option "express pay" on your EasyPark account, it is important to remember to deactivate this service when you return the car. This will not happen automatically! If the service is not deactivated, you run the risk of having to pay for someone else's parking.

If you have an active parking session, you can either click the 'Report an issue' button where you can see your parking or email us directly. Please provide your license plate number, start date, and the end time of the parking.

Why am I still associated with my old car even though I no longer own it? Why am I required to pay for a vehicle that I no longer possess?

If an "express pay" session is initiated under your account without your recognition, it suggests that the car in question has been previously added to your account and set up for "express pay". When the new driver of that car enters an "express pay" zone, the parking session starts under the enabled account. To avoid such occurrences in the future, ensure that your vehicle list is kept current and updated.
