How do I choose a vehicle?

In the EasyPark app, there is a vehicle icon in the lower left corner where your current license plate is displayed. If you click on the icon, you can:

• Select a vehicle.

• Add new vehicles.

When starting a parking session, the system asks you to double check the information such as area code and license plate before starting the parking. You can still change the license plate of the vehicle on this screen.

Why doesn’t the app accept the license plate or I get the message that the format of the license plate is wrong?

The system accepts all license plate number, as not all license plate numbers are according to the standard qualifications of the country.

Namely, foreign license plates do not have the same sequence of letters and numbers as Slovenian license plates.

The app just warn you to double check that your license plate is correct and then confirm it.

What is the correct license plate format?

To add the license plate, just copy all the numbers and letters from the license plate, but without spaces or “-”. 
Example: LJ12345

Why doesn't the app recognize my motorcycle?

The app does not adjust available parking options based on the specific vehicle type (e.g., motorcycle or car) during the license plate setup. Its main function is to help you differentiate between your vehicles, but it won't alter the parking options based on the type of vehicle you select.
