How do I delete my EasyPark Private account?

Here's how you can delete your private EasyPark account.

Via the EasyPark App:

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Navigate to Menu > Account.

  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s complete.

Via the self-service portal

  1. Go to the EasyPark account management page.

  2. Log in with your credentials.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

  4. Follow the steps shown on screen.

Note: Deleting your account will remove access to your data, including receipts and parking history.
It is not possible to close or delete your account if you have an active subscription like EasyPark Go, or if you have any outstanding balance. You can change back to EasyPark Small and the new product package will take effect starting the following month. You may delete your account after that.

Simply removing the app from your phone is not sufficient. You must manually delete your account. If you encounter the error message 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' while trying to delete your account, it could be due to an active subscription or an unpaid balance on your account.
