EasyPark Basic – Local Parking Plan

What is EasyPark Basic?

EasyPark Basic is a solution designed for users who park almost exclusively in the Paid Parking Zone of a single city.

  • No Service Fee: We will not charge you a service fee for processing parking payments if you use the app exclusively within this zone under the EasyPark Basic plan.

  • Selected Parking Zones: The EasyPark Basic plan applies only to selected parking zones. If you want to park outside your EasyPark Basic zone, the app will offer you the option to upgrade to the EasyPark Standard plan.

How does it work?

The EasyPark Basic plan allows you to park without paying a service fee in the Paid Parking Zone (Warsaw).

  • Where can I park? EasyPark Basic is limited to one parking zone and is available only to local users.

  • What happens if I leave the Basic zone? If you try to park outside your local zone, the app will offer you the option to upgrade to the EasyPark Standard plan.

Once you accept the terms of the Standard plan:

  • Service Fee: The service fee will apply in accordance with the EasyPark Standard terms and conditions.

  • You will regain access to all our services and the full network of parking locations available in the EasyPark app.

How do I switch to the local EasyPark Basic plan?

If EasyPark Basic is available in your local parking zone, you can change your account settings in the app:

  1. Open the app menu (three horizontal lines) and select Subscription.

  2. Click the link referring to EasyPark Basic / Local.

  3. You will be redirected to a website. Select your local parking zone and click Save.

How do I switch back to EasyPark Standard?

You can switch back to the EasyPark Standard plan at any time:

  • On the website: Log in to your account and select the subscription plan you prefer.

  • Through the app: The app will offer you the option to return to the Standard plan when you attempt to make a parking payment outside the local zone covered by your Basic subscription.
