How to Pay for Your Parking

Add your payment method
  • Add your preferred payment method in the EasyPark app. This is a one-time setup.

  • To do this: open the map view → tap the Menu icon (three lines) → Payment → Payment settings → Add payment method.

After adding your payment method

  • All future parking costs will automatically be charged to the card you added.

  • Note: Only one payment method can be active at a time. You cannot add multiple payment methods.

How payments work

  • Parking fees are usually charged 1–5 days after your session ends.

  • If you park multiple times on the same day, the charges may appear as a single transaction, which could be higher than expected.

If a payment doesn’t go through

  • Banks do not provide us further details as to why the payment has failed, therefore unfortunately we are not able to determine a reason for this. However, the most common reasons are restrictions for internet payments or temporary lack of balance. 

  • You’ll receive a text or email notification.

  • Sometimes a failed payment remains open in the system. It will be retried automatically after you update your payment method.

  • Charges may occur even months later, so check your parking history to ensure the amount matches your sessions.

Paying on-site

  • If the parking area offers on-site payment and you choose that method, you can bypass the app entirely. Your transaction will be handled locally by the parking provider.
