- How to pay for your parking
Setting up your payments with EasyPark is a one-time task. Once it is done, you can focus entirely on the journey ahead.
Setting up your payment method
To add your preferred card or payment option in the app:
Open the map view.
Tap the Menu icon (the three lines).
Select Payment and then Payment settings.
Tap Add payment method and enter your details.
Please note: Only one payment method can be active at a time. The app does not currently support saving multiple alternative payment methods.
How billing works
Processing time: Parking fees are typically charged between 1 to 5 days after your parking session ends.
Bundled transactions: If you park multiple times on the same day, your charges may be grouped together into a single transaction. Don't worry if the amount looks higher than expected at first glance—it is just your day's total.
If a payment fails
Due to privacy regulations, banks do not share the exact reason for a failed transaction with us. Most often, it comes down to internet payment restrictions or a temporary lack of balance.
If a payment doesn't go through, we will let you know via text or email.
Important to know: Failed payments remain open in our system. Once you update your payment method, the system will automatically retry the charge. In some cases, these automatic retries or delayed charges can occur weeks or months later. You can always check your parking history in the app to match the amount with your past sessions.
Paying on-site
If a parking lot offers local on-site payment options (like a traditional parking meter) and you prefer to use it, you can bypass the app entirely. Your transaction will be handled directly by the local parking provider.
