Did You Get a Notification That Express Pay Was Deactivated?

If you just received a push notification saying express pay was turned off for your vehicle, don't worry! This usually just means someone you share the car with—like a family member or a colleague—has activated express pay for that same vehicle on their own EasyPark app.

How It Works

  • One App at a Time: To keep things organized, express pay can only be active on one EasyPark account at a time for any specific vehicle.

  • The Automatic Handoff: The moment another user turns it on for the car, it automatically switches off in your app.

There is no need to panic; it simply means the other person is now covered for express pay.

Want to Turn It Back On?

If you are the one driving next, you can easily log back into your app and reactivate it whenever you need. Just keep in mind that doing this will automatically turn it off for the other person, passing the baton right back to you.
