EasyPark operates as a prepaid service. For this reason, an e-wallet is automatically created when your account is activated to handle payments for your parking sessions.
Credit Management and Automatic Top-Ups
 The e-wallet tops up automatically to ensure you always have enough credit to park.
Customizable Top-Up Amounts:
 The default initial amount for automatic top-ups is €10. However, the account administrator can adjust this based on their needs, choosing from amounts of €25, €50, or €100.
The 10% Rule:
 A new top-up triggers automatically as soon as your remaining credit falls below 10% of your chosen top-up amount.
Examples:
With a €10 top-up setting, the reload triggers when credit drops below €1.
With a €25 top-up setting, the reload triggers when credit drops below €2.50.
Receipts and Invoicing
Top-Up Receipt:
 When an automatic top-up occurs, you will receive a receipt. Since this is an advance payment, this document is not an official tax invoice.
Monthly Invoice:
 The official electronic invoice is issued at the end of the month based exclusively on your actual expenses during that month (i.e., the EasyPark service fee and actual parking sessions completed).
