Managing time and vehicle restrictions for your business account

Want to keep your company's parking policy on track? As a business account administrator, you can easily set time and vehicle boundaries for your team directly from the self-service portal.

How to set up restrictions

1. Log in to the self-service portal with your administrator credentials.

2. Select Restrictions from the main menu.

3. For time-based rules: Click Time to set specific days or hours when your team is authorized to park on the company tab.

4. For vehicle-based rules: Click Cars to manage which specific vehicles can be used for business parking.

Important note on Camera Parking: Time restrictions and Camera Parking (automated garages) are not compatible. If your employees frequently use parking areas where cameras automatically read their license plates to open the gates, we highly recommend removing any time restrictions for those specific users and vehicles to ensure their parking sessions process smoothly.
