Using Express Pay with rental or temporary cars

Express Pay makes parking fast and convenient, but there are a few important steps to follow when using a rental or temporary car.

Adding a rental or temporary car

You can add a rental or temporary car to your EasyPark account just like any other vehicle. To do this:

Open the EasyPark app and go to My vehicles.

Tap Add vehicle, then scroll down and select Temporary vehicle.

Enter the registration number of the rental or temporary car and set the period of time you will be using the vehicle.

Save the vehicle to your account.

Once added, the vehicle is ready to use with Express Pay.
 

The temporary vehicle will be removed automatically

When the set time period ends, the temporary vehicle will be removed automatically from your account. This helps prevent Express Pay from registering parking sessions for a vehicle you are no longer using and avoids unexpected charges.

Important: 
Always double-check your vehicle list after returning a rental to keep your account up to date and avoid unwanted charges. If the car remains on your account with Express Pay enabled, you could be charged for parking sessions registered for that vehicle.
