My card does not work anymore

Apart from the card being expired, there are some other common scenarios for credit cards to consider. Make sure that the card is activated, foreign transactions enabled, online payments enabled, and that there are no upper of lower limits for transactions.

Of course the card needs to have sufficient funds and/or that the credit limit not has been reached.

These settings can change from the card issuers end without you knowing, so make sure to check if something might have changed.

If you wish to update your card, you can follow these steps:

  1. Select the three bars from the top of the main screen in your APP

  2. Select "Payment" from the side menu

  3. Select current payment method and press "Update Payment Method"

  4. Fill out desired payment details

You can also update your payment method through our website at "My Site".

OBS: If your payment method is not updated on time, a invoice with the outstanding amount and a invoice fee of 61.25 DKK will be issued.
