Sometimes, multiple parking sessions may be combined into a single withdrawal from your payment account. This can happen in the following situations:
You parked multiple times during the same day, weekend, or public holiday.
Your parking sessions occurred at the beginning or end of a month.
How to view the details of your payment?
You can check the details of your withdrawals through My Site. Follow these steps:
Log in to My Site.
Click on "Parking History".
Under Parking History, check the receipt for the transaction in question.
If multiple parking sessions are combined, this will be indicated on the receipt.
This way, you can see exactly what your withdrawal includes.
