If your card is not working, consider these common scenarios to identify and resolve the issue:
1. Check Your Card Details
Ensure the card has not expired.
Verify the card is activated for:
Foreign transactions.
Online payments.
2. Verify Transaction Limits and Funds
Confirm there are no upper or lower transaction limits set by your card issuer.
Ensure there are sufficient funds on the card.
Check that your personal credit limit has not been reached.
Note: These settings can sometimes be changed by your card issuer without prior notice, so it’s important to check for any updates.
How to Add or Update Your Card
Via the App:
Open the EasyPark app and go to the home screen.
Tap the three bars (menu icon) at the top of the screen to open the side menu.
Select "Payment".
Choose "Change Payment Method".
Fill in the required payment details and save.
Via My Page:
You can also update your payment method by logging in to My Page.
