If you’ve received an SMS about a possible invoice fee, it’s because your most recent payment was not processed successfully.


How to Avoid the Invoice Fee

To prevent the fee, simply update your payment method. Follow these steps:

In the App:

  1. Open the EasyPark app and go to the homepage.

  2. Tap the three bars at the top of the screen to open the side menu.

  3. Select "Payment".

  4. Press "Update Payment Method".

  5. Fill in your updated payment details.

On My Page:

  1. Log in to My Page.

  2. Navigate to "Payment Details" and update your payment method.


By ensuring your payment method is up to date, you can avoid invoice fees and ensure uninterrupted service.
