If you haven’t received your invoice, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder
- Sometimes, invoices may end up in your email's spam or junk folder. 
Step 2: Verify your email address
- Log in to My Site. 
- Check that your email address is up to date and correct under your profile settings. 
Step 3: Access your invoice online
- You can download your current and past invoices directly from My Site: - Log in to My Site. 
- Navigate to "Invoices" to view and download your invoices.
