I have not received my invoice

If you haven’t received your invoice, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder

  • Sometimes, invoices may end up in your email's spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Verify your email address

  1. Log in to My Site.

  2. Check that your email address is up to date and correct under your profile settings.

Step 3: Access your invoice online

  • You can download your current and past invoices directly from My Site:

    1. Log in to My Site.

    2. Navigate to "Invoices" to view and download your invoices.
