How do I cancel my EasyPark Business account?
If you wish to cancel your EasyPark Business account, follow the steps below:
1. Send a written cancellation request
To cancel your account, you must submit a written cancellation request to info@easypark.net. In your request, make sure to include your customer number for reference.
2. No phone cancellations
Please note that EasyPark’s customer service does not accept cancellations over the phone. This policy ensures compliance with the cancellation terms and conditions.
3. Cancellation period
When you cancel your EasyPark Business account, a cancellation period will apply. The cancellation period consists of the current month plus one additional month, in accordance with EasyPark’s cancellation terms.
