How to Manage Parking Restrictions for Employees on an Business Account

As an administrator of a business account, you can easily set and manage both time-based and vehicle-based parking restrictions for employee parking in the self-service portal. Follow the steps below to manage these settings:

Steps to Manage Parking Restrictions:

1. Log in as an Administrator
   Log in to the self-service portal using your admin credentials.

2. Select 'Restrictions' from the Main Menu
   Once logged in, navigate to the “Restrictions” section in the main menu.

3. Manage Time-Based Restrictions

   • To set or edit time-based parking restrictions, click on “Time.”

   • Here, you can adjust the time limits according to your requirements.

4. Manage Vehicle-Based Restrictions

   • To set or edit vehicle-based parking restrictions, click on “Vehicles.”

   • Choose the vehicle restrictions that meet your needs.

Important Notes:

• Incompatibility with Camera Parking
  Time-based restrictions are not compatible with camera-based parking. If employees frequently park in parking houses or other areas with automatic camera-based parking, it’s recommended that you remove the time-based restriction for these users and their vehicles in the self-service portal.
