How to Access and Use Min Side for Your Business Account

As an administrator of a business account, you can access the self-service platform, Min Side, to manage all your administrative tasks related to your business account. This platform provides you with an easy way to access information about your account whenever you need it, avoiding long wait times on the phone.


How to Log In to Min Side

To log in to Min Side, use the login details you received when you created the account. If you can't log in, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Can’t log in?” link.


What Can You Do on Min Side?

You can perform a variety of administrative tasks directly on the platform without needing to contact customer service. Below are the key tasks you can manage through Min Side:


Update Account Information

  • Change your business address

  • Add or remove employees

  • Add or remove vehicles


Manage Payment-Related Tasks

  • Download invoices

  • Check the status of invoices

  • Add or update cost centers

  • Move employees between cost centers

  • Update payment card details (if using a payment card)

  • Change payment method


View Parking History

  • View parking history for individual employees


Manage Employee Parking
