If you notice an active camera parking session even after leaving a camera parking area, it may be because your exit was not correctly registered by the system. This can happen if the installed cameras fail to detect your departure.
Can I Still Park Elsewhere?
Yes! Even with an active camera parking session, you can continue parking as usual, including starting other camera parking sessions.
You can monitor your parking status by going to "My Parkings" in the app:
Tap the three bars at the top of your screen.
Select "My Parkings" to view and manage your active sessions.
Do I Pay for the Time I Wasn’t Parked?
No, you won’t pay for the time you weren’t parked. EasyPark automatically adjusts and stops your parking to reflect the correct exit time, ensuring you only pay for the actual time your vehicle was parked.
