Why is my account inactive?

Common causes

An account typically becomes inactive for one of two reasons:

  • An unpaid parking session: We weren't able to process the payment for your last session.

  • An expired card: Your registered payment card has reached its expiry date or is no longer valid.

How to reactivate your account

The fix is simple: Update your payment method in the app.

  1. Go to the Menu and select Payment.

  2. Add your new card details or re-register your current one.

  3. Once updated, any unpaid balance will be charged automatically, and your account will be reactivated right away.


Still having trouble?

If your account remains inactive after you’ve updated your details, it could be due to:

  • Insufficient funds: Ensure there is enough balance on the card to cover the pending amount.

  • Bank restrictions: Some banks block online or international transactions by default. You may need to "unlock" your card for online use in your banking app.

  • Technical error: If everything looks correct but it’s still not working, try force-closing and reopening the app.
