How the Price is Decided

It’s important to know that EasyPark does not own the parking lots.

  • The Parking Rate: This is set entirely by the local parking operator or the city. They determine the price per hour and the local regulations.

  • The Service Fee: On top of the operator’s price, we charge a small service fee. 
    This is what allows us to keep the app running, provide customer support, and help make your city more livable.

Why might the final charge look different?

There are a few common reasons why a charge on your bank statement might not match a single session:

  • Combined Charges: To keep things simple, we sometimes combine multiple parking sessions from the same day into one single charge.

  • Processing Time: Transactions are typically debited from your account 1–5 days after you finish parking.

  • Subscription Fees: If you have a monthly subscription, that fixed fee will appear regardless of how much you've parked that month.

How to check your totals

You are always in control of your spending. To see exactly what you were charged for:

  1. Open the app and go to Menu.

  2. Tap Activity to see your parking history.

  3. Select a session to view the full breakdown of the parking price and the service fee.
