Managing Suspended Cards and Outstanding Payments
If your bank card is suspended or you’re waiting for a new one, don't worry—getting your account back on track is easy and stress-free.
What happens if my card fails?
If a payment doesn't go through because your card is blocked, expired, or suspended:
No Extra Fees: We do not charge additional penalty fees for a failed payment.
Temporary Pause: Your account will simply remain inactive until the outstanding balance is settled. You won’t be able to start new parking sessions until your payment details are updated.
How to update your card
As soon as your new card arrives, you can reactivate your account in seconds:
Open the EasyPark app and go to the Menu.
Tap on Payment.
Enter your new card details.
Once saved, the system will automatically attempt to charge the outstanding balance. As soon as the payment is successful, your account is reactivated immediately.
How to check for outstanding payments
Not sure if you owe anything? Here is how to verify:
In the App: Go to the Payment section. If there is a balance to be settled, it will be clearly displayed there.
SMS Notifications: We may send you an SMS or email if a payment fails.
Important Security Note: For your safety, our messages will never contain a direct link asking for your card details. We will always ask you to open the official EasyPark app to manage your payments securely.
All set?
If you haven't received an SMS and your app shows no outstanding balance in the Payment section, you are all set to keep parking!
