How to Update or Delete Payment Details

If you need to change or remove your payment information, here is the most efficient way to do it.


How to Update Your Card

To keep our system reliable and ensure your parking sessions aren't interrupted, the app requires at least one active payment method.

  • To change your card: Simply add your new payment method in the app settings. Once the new card is successfully added, it will automatically replace the previous one as your primary payment option.

How to Delete Payment Details

For security and billing consistency, payment details cannot be deleted individually via the app or self-service portal while the account is active.

  • Account Deletion: If you wish to completely remove all payment information from our systems, you can choose to delete your EasyPark account. This action will permanently remove all stored payment data and your parking history.
