EasyPark Service Fees

To provide you with a reliable, independent mobile payment service, we charge a small fee on top of the parking cost.

It’s important to us that you know exactly what you’re paying for. Here is how the costs are broken down:

The Parking Price: This is set by the city or the parking operator. EasyPark does not own the parking lots, and we do not receive any part of the actual parking price the amount goes directly to the parking provider.
The Service Fee: This is what you pay to use our service. In Cyprus, the service fee is 15% of the parking price.
Why is there a fee?
As an independent service, this fee allows us to provide a seamless experience where you can start, stop, and extend your parking sessions directly from your phone—saving you from fines and helping you pay only for the time you actually use.
Clear and Transparent: We believe in being crystal clear. You will always see the fee calculated in the app before you confirm your parking.
No Fee for Free Parking: If the parking area itself is free, we don't charge a service fee.
