I Started a Session for the Wrong Vehicle

If you realize the session is running for the wrong car and you are still parked, please take these steps:

  1. Stop the Session: End the incorrect parking session in your app right away to stop further charges.

  2. Start a New One: Immediately start a new session using the correct license plate.

  3. Check the Zone: Ensure you are still using the correct zone code for your location.


Important Things to Know

  • No Plate Changes: Once a session has started, the license plate number cannot be modified or edited. You must stop and restart to change the vehicle.

  • Avoid Fines: Parking attendants verify payment by searching for the plate physically attached to the car. If the plate in the app doesn't match the car on the street, the system will mark the vehicle as "unpaid," which may lead to a fine.

  • Refund Policy: We generally cannot offer refunds for sessions started on the wrong vehicle, as the system considered that plate "covered" for the duration of the session and most parking operators (the companies or municipalities that own the parking areas) do not accept "wrong vehicle" as a valid reason for a refund.

Double-Check: Always take a quick glance at the vehicle name or plate number on the confirmation screen before you slide to start your parking.
