How to start a parking session

Step-by-step Guide

Follow these steps to start your session correctly:

1. Select your zone: Open the app and select the correct parking zone. You can use your phone’s GPS tracking to find your location or manually enter the area code found on local signage.

2. View zone info: Choose the type of parking (e.g., Visitor parking). The app will display information about the specific zone's rules and rates.

3. Confirm your location: Tap "Go to the parking Lot" to proceed.

4. Select your vehicle: Choose the correct license plate number from your list.

5. Set the time: Use the wheel to select your desired parking duration. You can always stop it early or extend it later!

6. Continue: Tap the "Continue" button.

7. Identify your spot: You will see a list of "Parking Spot" (Parking Place) numbers. 
   Look for the number painted on the street where your car is parked and select the matching number from the list.

8. Verify and Pay: Tap "Verify and Pay" to finalize.

Why the spot number matters

In many parking areas, each individual space is numbered on the pavement. 
Selecting the correct spot number in the app ensures the parking attendants can quickly verify your payment, keeping your experience reliable and fine-free.
