If you’re having trouble logging in or receiving your verification code, here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
1. Check your details
Phone Number: Double-check that you’ve entered your mobile number correctly, including the +357 country code for Cyprus.
Verification Code: It can sometimes take a few minutes for the SMS to arrive.
The 30-second timer in the app is for requesting a new code.
Tip: If you request a new code, the previous one expires immediately. Make sure to use the most recent one sent to you!
2. Security & Identity Checks
To keep your account safe, we might ask for an extra step:
License Plate Verification: You may be asked to enter a license plate number previously used in your account. This ensures it’s really you!
"Inherited" Numbers: If you have a new phone number that was previously linked to someone else’s account, you might not know the old license plate. Don't worry—just contact our support team, and we’ll help you reset the account for your own use.
Temporary Blocks: If there are too many failed login attempts, our system may temporarily block access for security. Simply wait a short while and try again.
3. Technical Requirements
To run smoothly and keep your data secure, the EasyPark app requires a modern operating system:
iPhone/iOS: Requires iOS 17 or newer.
Android: Requires version 7.0 or newer.
4. Quick Technical Fixes
If the app feels "stuck," try these steps to refresh it:
Restart: Force close the app and reopen it.
Refresh (Android): Clear the app cache in your phone's settings.
Reinstall: If all else fails, deleting and reinstalling the app often solves minor glitches.
