The fastest way to verify your status is to try logging in:

1. Open the app: Enter your mobile phone number on the start screen.

2. Check the prompt: * If the app asks you to verify your number without asking you to agree to the Terms & Conditions first, you already have an account with us.

   • If you see a request to agree to our Terms, it means you're likely starting fresh as a new user.

3. Verify your identity: We will send a verification code to your phone via SMS.

4. Security check: For your protection, we might ask you to enter a license plate number you’ve used before to confirm it’s really you.

Important tip

If you haven't registered before but the app asks for a "previous license plate," don't worry! Just return to the initial screen and follow the steps to begin a new registration.
