We are required to maintain accurate financial records and receipts for both users and parking operators, our system does not allow for the deletion of individual parking sessions.
How to Remove Your History
If you would like to clear your entire parking history, the only way to do so is by deleting your EasyPark account. Please keep in mind that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, including past receipts that you might need for tax or reimbursement purposes.
How to delete your account via the app:
Open the EasyPark app and tap Menu.
Navigate to Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
Important Notes Before You Delete
Download Your Receipts First: Once your account is deleted, your history cannot be recovered. We recommend going to the "Activity" tab and emailing yourself any receipts you may need for the future.
Outstanding Balances: You cannot delete your account if you have an active parking session or an unpaid balance. These must be settled first to ensure a smooth closing process.
A Fresh Start: If you wish to continue using EasyPark after deleting your history, you will need to create a brand-new account with your phone number.
Privacy Tip: If you just want a cleaner view in your app without deleting your account, you can use the "Activity" filters to view only your most recent sessions!
